2. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
      All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLEwithout the Organizer's Consent.

3. Event Cancellation or Postponement
     In the event of cancellation or postponement, EventifyUS or the Organizer of the event will refund only the face valueof the ticket and NOT the Facility Fee & Transaction Fees.

4. Ticket Purchase & Data Use
     When you purchase a ticket from us, we will use the information you provide to fulfill both our and the Event Partners' (artist, promoter, record label or venue) obligations to you in delivering that service, and, where permitted, keep you up to date about other events that may be of interest to you. When you browse our sites, we use cookies to tailor your experience and provide you with a seamless experience.

5. Entry Requirements
     A valid ID matching the name on the ticket may be required for entry. No re-entry is allowed unless a special event wristband is provided at the entrance. Only guests with the wristband will be permitted to re-enter if they temporarily leave the hall. The event is primarily a debate show and seating will be dynamic.

6. Event Conduct and Safety
     For the safety of all attendees, the venue management and organizers reserve the right to conduct security searches and refuse admission to any person whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or undesirable. The event is not a food allergy-cautious environment. If food is purchased at the event, attendees are responsible for managing their own dietary restrictions and allergies.

7. Photography and Recording
     By attending, you consent to be photographed or filmed, and such material may be used for promotional purposes.

8. Changes and Cancellations
    The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or programming without prior notice. No refunds will be issued for such changes. In the event of cancellation by the organizers, ticket holders will be notified, and refunds or alternative arrangements may be provided as determined by the organizers.

9. Limitation of Liability
    The organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets, or for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.

10. General
    These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Organizer. Any disputes related to your ticket or the event will be governed by the laws of the Organizer's State.
